THE CHALLENGETo visualize and integrate a massive five-story educational building into the rocky, sandy terrain of Suez, ensuring the classic architectural elevations provide modern functionality while mitigating the intense solar heat of the environment.
THE SOLUTIONWe anchored the monumental facade using locally sourced rammed earth and rough limestone to seamlessly blend with the site. For the upper floors, we replaced standard glazing with advanced kinetic metallic shading screens, creating deep, atmospheric shadows that emphasize the building's structural rhythm and maximize passive cooling.
THE RESULTA striking, hyper-realistic representation of a sustainable academic hub that respects its natural context, offering a dynamic and climate-resilient campus for future students.
